When I Visited Antifreeze it was just before the lock down and in November of 2019 the atmosphere was good and the staff seemed helpfully and interested in my issues! I would say though it is quite small and there were a lot of people there who just seemed to be milling around and using the place as a social centre and meeting place rather than for job-seeking and benefits & legal problems that they needed help with. The did have a toilet and it was nice and clean and some clothing and sleeping bags on offer so in that respect it was very good. On the whole my expierience was fairly encouraging. LO
