    If i could give no stars, I would! Awful customer service and overall experience! Lack of communication and do not listen to what you want! Our hen do was cancelled due to covid and we were told we could not get a refund and instead would be put on a credit note to use at a later date. 2 years later of trying to sort this and having barely any communication from them and unhelpful staff they say the credit note has expired? How someones money you refuse to refund expires is beyond me! We have now been offered a stay in the UK which is most definitely not worth the amount of money we have paid and for dates we have not picked… Do not recommend to anyone! Stay away from this company they will take your money and not provide the service they state.

    I have recently booked my hen weekend through this company. My bridesmaids took a lot of time planning and making sure everything was perfect. Due to Covid we had to postpone from last September to this September. However to say we was disappointed with how this event had been organised was an understatement: Firstly, You don’t know what companies you are being booked in with until you have paid the money or where you are staying. Secondly, Our apartments were 40 minutes from chocolate making, 40 minutes from cocktail making which became really expensive for travel and meant we lost a lot of time travelling. We also had somebody that couldn’t walk for long periods of time and because of the distance meant she ended up in a lot of pain and couldn’t attend the evening part of the hen do. Once we got to Leicester Square the club and cocktail making was in close distance of each other so I’m unsure why the chocolate workshop and apartments couldn’t have been planned the same. Thirdly, Our itinerary told us to be at the cocktail making for 5pm and it was booked for 6.30pm so we had less time to get ready. This meant everybody felt rushed and didn’t have time to enjoy the feeling of getting excited to go out. Finally, When we got to slug and lettuce they didn’t have our full booking confirmation sent over so wasn’t set up ready for our master class meaning we didn’t have our Prosecco on arrival (seems minor but when your on your hen do it’s the little things like that which make it a big deal). They also didn’t have certain things on the menu as they didn’t have our order. Overall, It was a disappointing day due to the amount of money we had paid you’d expect that this would all be planned effectively with travel being taken in to account and not being expected to travel in different directions all over london meaning you have less time to enjoy the day and events.

    We booked a stag event for April 2020. Due to covid it could not take place so we asked for refund of our money, approx £2000. We were told we could not have a refund but could change the date, which we did to March 2021 but again due to covid it could not go ahead. We asked again for a refund but had no response. We emailed, we hand delivered a letter stating the rules around cancellations due to covid but still no response. I eventually got bored with getting no joy with them that I emailed again saying I would be taking them to civil court if I did not get a refund by the end of that week. Suprisingly I got a response within the hour saying I would have a decision by the end of the day. They emailed back the same5 day to say the refunds would be processed by the end of the week but we would lose our initial deposits which were £40 per person as stated in tbere Ts and Cs. The annoying thing with this company is that during one email conversation with the director of the company, he made an unproffesional comment that has made me do this review. He actually said we have been sat on a yacht in the Med spending your money. Very sarcastic after over 12 months of trying to get a refund from them and thats the director of the company. All in all a very bad experience in customer service.
