  I used to have a reactive 8 month old Maltese that was afraid of dogs, as well as lunging, barking and pulling me in all directions. After 2 weeks reactive board and train course with Andrea- Casper is an absolute angel that is heeling like a pro and comes back every single time i say (or even whisper) his name. Casper now enjoys off leash walks in the park and doesn’t mind running kids, loud motorcycles, bikes and other dogs. Andrea has helped me and Casper gain confidence and become the most harmonious tandem. Initially, i was extremely worried about letting him go for 2 weeks, however the daily communication with Andrea has put my mind at ease. We had a full handover after the training was completed and Casper had the chance to show us what he’s learned. The journey back home was incredible and i was walking next to the most confident little boy. Thank you Andrea!

  Dorsa has been amazing training our little Ahsoka. She is really competent and loves dogs. Our Italian Greyhound has seen massive improvements over the course of her training with Dorsa mostly due to Dorsa's knowledge and dedication to the training and our dog. Highly recommned her.

  My boy Hugo is a 9 month old lab, a boisterous one, but Ryan did such an exceptional job with him. Hugo came back better behaved and having learned ‘place’ has been a game changer for Hugo and us as dog parents. I trusted Ryan 100% with Hugo - Ryan had an amazing relationship with Hugo. I can see Hugo had become so fond of him. Ryan kept us up to date everyday on Hugo’s progress and sent photos/videos (Ryan took such amazing photographs of Hugo). During the training I expected Ryan to respond to all my messages/questions but I have never seen such amazing professionalism even a month after training - Ryan always responds to me . I really am impressed with Off leash training and Ryan.

  Katie trained my beautiful boy . As he was a puppy his behaviour was terrible. One week after he was like a different dog Even my friends comment on how well he has been trained Very happy with the service and I would recomend it to anybody Katie kept me informed daily on his progress. The help is ongoing ,and I can always ask for help if needed Thank you Katie 😊

  Of all the money we've spent on our Golden Retriever over the last 2.5 years, this was easily the best spent money and most worthwhile investment we've made in him. Otis spent 1 week with Ryan in March as we were having trouble with recall (ran away from our dog walker and up the A4) and extreme pulling on the lead (giving me blisters and calluses). We were amazed when we picked him up after a week, he was heeling beautifully at different walking paces. We held off on writing a review as when we got home, Otis reverted back to his old habits after a few days, picking up on the high energy levels of our 3 young children. Ryan was super responsive during the period, offering to come and do a refresher session at our home. We didn't get around to booking a session as life got a bit busy, but a couple months on, practising the tips Ryan initally gave us, something finally clicked in both me and Otis. I've gone from someone who hated walking him and never had him off leash (except in a gated park), to now jumping at every chance to take him for a walk. He walks beautifully on a loose lead, comes back to me 99% of the time even with distractions likes ducks, birds and dogs, and recently, I've even started off-leash walking as I have so much more confidence in him staying right by my side and listening to my commands. Passer bys always comment on how incredibly behaved (and handsome) he is and my children are also now able to walk him (without the danger of being pulled into the road) - a big win! Thank you Ryan for everything!! You've completely changed my relationship with Otis ❤

  We booked our dog 'Scampi' in for the 2 week board and train course with Hannah in the Woking area to tie in with our two week holiday in April 2023. Scampi is an 18 month rescue dog from Turkey, who spent the first 14 months of her life on the streets. Pre-training Scampi showed zero obedience, pulled on the lead, was constantly on the scavenge for chicken bones and would not recall at all. She would not engage with us on walks, showed zero interest in doing anything to please us and seemed completely disinterested in receiving any praise, making it very difficult to train her: she'd choose sniffing the grass over treats and isolation over human interaction. With zero engagement and no recall in a 'live' environment (after hours of training at home) it was not safe for us to ever let her off the lead unless the area was completely enclosed (difficult when living in central London). Not only is this completely unfair for a dog that was used to maximum freedom in Turkey but it was also hard work as owners, having to have her on leash 100% of every walk. We dropped Scampi off with Hannah the day before our holiday with fairly low expectations of what could be possible. We instantly warmed to Hannah as we did the handover and she talked us through how she would progressively positively introduce the aspects of the training- we knew straight away she was in good hands.Whilst away, we received daily photo and video updates keeping us upto speed with her training progress and reassuring us that everything was ok: A huge weight off whilst you are on holiday. The results have been amazing. In just two weeks, Scampi has been completely reformed: Walking perfectly to heel, recalling 100% of the time, placing wherever we want her. She seems so happy, wants to engage with us at all times. We can now enjoy off leash walks together, she runs off and plays with other dogs or goes off exploring but comes back instantly on command. I can't recommend Hannah /offleash training highly enough. 10/10

  I was struggling to train my one and a half year old Shih Tzu Murphy. He had reactive behaviour towards dogs, squirrels, cats, foxes etc. He would squeal, bark, growl and pull furiously on the lead if he saw them. Off lead wasn’t an option either as he was such a flight risk! I tried everything to try and calm his behaviour including carrying cheese and sausages around with me constantly to try and distract and reward good behaviour - it only worked half of the time and I was constantly on edge worrying about Murphy’s behaviour whilst being out and about. Thanks to Andrea, Murphy and me are now having the best time together! I can walk him nicely on a lead and he walks to heal. Off leash he’s also a dream now, he stays close to me but has the freedom to go and explore and say hello to other doggies nicely in the park and come straight back to me! It’s completely transformed our lives and I think most importantly, Murphy is a happier dog now too. I’ve already had comments from strangers saying how well behaved my dog is! Andrea really bonded with Murphy, and gave constant updates on his progress during the training with great videos and pictures daily. He also provided some really good advice on how to manage certain behaviours moving forward. What he managed to achieve within two weeks is amazing. Thank you so much Andrea and team at K9!

  We cannot recommend Ryan enough to train reactive dogs. We had been struggling with our 3-year-old male Shar Pei, Bao for years and couldn’t quite get him walking well on or off leash and his recall was unreliable. After 2 weeks with Ryan, Bao is now listening to our commands. Bao could be described as a typical Shar Pei: stubborn, strong-willed, aloof and sometimes reactive to people and increasingly also to other dogs. Additionally, Bao was never motivated by treats or toys, so we found it challenging to train him. We tried various trainers and methods, but nothing seems to really work. When OLK9 first recommended a male trainer, we were unsure as Bao is very suspicious specifically of men, but are now so happy we went with Ryan. It was invaluable for Bao to stay with a man and learn to trust another man. He is now much calmer and his recall and heel walking is superb. His reactivity has decreased significantly and we feel confident that we can get his attention even when he's highly distracted. This makes us specifically happy as we can let him off leash much more often. Plus we can easily take him everywhere without having to worry about how he will react. We can’t thank Ryan enough! The training and communication exceeded our expectation, he updated us with the most amazing pictures and videos while taking the best care of Bao. Thank you!

  Glad that we have chosen this training lessons. Dorsa is just wonderful with my dog. She’s paient and funny, it’s lovely to work this out with her. My dog improved so much even after his first week of lesson!

  After trying 3 different trainers and a dog behaviouralist we still had a dog that would not get out of water once in, and who would bolt for water when hot across roads. Our dog loves water and swimming and had not been let off the lead near water for nearly a year. Hannah is brilliant. She had him in water (and out again!) on our first lesson and by our second he was in and out off lead. He can now have a swim whenever he wants and he asks permission to go in - his recall and heel work have also improved immeasurably! If you think you have a dog issue that no one else can fix - try Hannah. Our dog is VERY grateful!
