My dealings with OEM Car Audio so far have been excellent. The infotainment system in my VW is well known for having touch screen problems so rather than try and fix it I decided to buy a slightly newer, and more up to date, unit from OEM Car Audio on eBay. Delivery was prompt and I'm pleased I decided to upgrade. The new unit was easy to fit and is working perfectly. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again!

I spent over 2 months looking for a sat nav DVD reader for my car, it appears it was a rather obscure model, and I was beginning to despair. Fully expecting to get another disappointment I phoned OEM, the very helpful guy said he would try and find one, within 24 hours he had not only located one but it was even a reconditioned one with 3 months warranty, I received it, very professionally packed 2 days later. I cannot fault this guys helpfulness, he really bent over backwards to help me

If I could have gave less than 1 star I would have I called and spoke to a member of staff and asked for a specific part which he was very knowledgeable about he then told me he had the part in stock and I told him ok I'm on my way 40 minutes drive later I pulled up at ther leeds branch to get told this is only an office you need to go to Bradford only another 20 minutes away the part is ther Ok turned up at Bradford shop to get told sorry mate sold it half hour ago I dont think they even had the part I needed what a waste of time they are thanks for nothing you bunch of amateurs
