Sorry to say that I’m quite disappointed in the management of this Spa. I recently had an issue with being over charged by £24.50 as the new pricing policy is unclear and wasn’t explained. I wanted to provide feedback to the Director who took 2 weeks to contact me then was pretty uninterested, unapologetic and border line argumentative. There was no attempt to make me feel better so I certainly will think twice about going back. Haven’t said all of that, all of the therapists are very polite and professional.

I've been coming to this Spa for 6+ years and can't recommend it highly enough! For massages there is only one lady I would trust and that is Hayley! She is so accommodating and knows exactly what she is doing. She always explains where I hold my tension and updates me on how my body is reacting each time I see her. I have recommended her to so many people and will definitely continue to do so. She is so professional and approachable. Thank you Hayley!!!

Been here twice now on a spa day. Staff very attentive and welcoming. Used the pool which was lovely, not many people in there so had a really good swim. There is a lovely large sauna and steam room which is mixed and a very large gym, we joined the body yoga class which was really energetic and 55 mins long and had an amazing body massage after. I have had a few massages before but the ones here are definitely the best I have ever had. Had an amazing lunch of tapas with a side salad (large) and Prosecco. Coffee is unlimited on spa days. Will definitely be going back again soon

Good service and treatment (had a massage). Treatment rooms are nice but it is a shame that changing rooms are shared with the gym - really takes away from the spa experience and cheapens it a bit.
