    Nice enough staff. I have very flared teeth after my braces treatment though. I went to another clinic who told me there's not much that can be done to fix this unless I have more teeth removed and invisalign, but would also be very costly and not worth the hassle. They also recommend composite bonding as my teeth are quite small due to being filed down during a checkup appointment at ODL (be warned as they didn't even ask or tell me before they did it!) If I could go back in time, I would have paid a bit extra and gone elsewhere tbh! Also, there were several occasions where the admin team would try charging me twice for one appointment. Having looked at other reviews this is obviously a common issue that really needs to be sorted out.

    Someone please inform Dr Alejandro that we're in the Gregorian calendar. His grasp of time and date is so unconventional because throughout the course of one year, my request for a specialist referral unfortunately went unfulfilled. He must be following some other calendars. Idk. However, I must commend the friendly and professional demeanor displayed by the girls in reception and and the two Brazilian ladies whom I regrettably cannot recall by name.

    I want to share my appreciation to Dr. Artur for my beautiful smile. Dr. Artur is more than just a fantastic doctor who performs an excellent job. He also has a really warm personality and makes you feel relaxed, I felt like he is a good friend of mine. Dr. Artur is a true professional in his industry, as evidenced not just by his promises but also by the end final result. My bite was big disaster and my smile was asymmetrical. My two middle teeth were slanted to the right, and I wanted to push them back so they were straight in the centre. At one visit, I got to see Dr. Bruna and I informed her about my wish, but she assured me that it was impossible and suggested me to google Tom Cruise, where I would notice that his smile was not symmetrical like mine. She made me understand that if he's so wealthy, he can't have a symmetrical smile and I absolutely won't either. Dr. Bruna, with all respect, if you see this review, please refer your patients who have similar issues to Dr. Artur. He carried out my request, and he was confident from the start that it was possible fulfill this wish. Now I have symmetrical smile and I’m very happy. Also, I would like to thank all reception staff but specially to Alex she was very lovely and always served me with special care. She had excellent customer service. But I also experienced something that I wasn’t happy with, which is why I gave this clinic 4 stars. I had a consultation with different doctor before I choose this place, and I asked him how long I would have to wear braces. He confidently gave me 1 year, but ended up having them for 2 years. I believe the doctor didn't really look at the situation of my teeth very well. I calculated that it would cost me about 2 and a half thousand, but I paid 3,5 thousand I know that they raised a bit prices, so now it's more expensive. Pay as you go is very attractive, but you can end up overpaying if you, for example, wear your braces for 3 years or more. If you have to wear your brace less then 2 years or slightly more then 2 years this clinic is great, and more cheaper then others.
