£12 wasted and nothing to show for it. Owners originally gave me a broken item, when I went back to have it repaired they promised to mail it to me if I sent them my address the next day. I did so and somehow they managed to send it to the wrong address 3 hours away. Emailed for a replacement/refund and they refused and tried to blame ME for it. I drove a 6 hour round trip to the address only to find the tenants had thrown the package out as it wasn't addressed to them. Emailed AGAIN asking for a replacement/refund and they have ignored me since.
