Amazing Service, bought a Keela Para Smock from them, ordered at 6:30pm on a Friday evening. Realised I had ordered a size too big so emailed them at 8pm asking to drop down a size, had a responce by 10am the next morning (Saturday) saying the correction had been made and the order shipped. I had the smock by 10am on the Monday morning. Thats customer service done right! Can't reccomend Odin enough and will defenitly use them again.

I ordered a pair of Oakley sunglasses from odin today and unfortunately missed the next day delivery cut off. As I’m working overseas for the next 5 weeks I wouldn’t have been able to receive them. So I rang the contact number and the a lovely lady called Molly answered and was quick to ask the team to please ship one last order out today for me so I would have them in time. Absolutely over the moon some of the best customer service I’ve experienced!
