I've been going to this cinema for more than 10 years now and it has Improved over the years. I love the screens and the service provided by the staff. Although the service is great, it can feel like that the seats in the cinema can start to feel uncomfortable if watching a movie for more than 2 hours, which is quite common nowadays. The staff can sometimes be disconnected, however, they are efficient and approachable most of the time. The prices vary from movie to movie, but I would call it affordable viewing, though it isn't the cheapest.

After ages, I went to watch the Guardians of the Galaxy movie in cinema. I chose the Uxbridge Odeon as the movie time was more suited to my needs on a Sunday. I paidy£16 for each ticket but was very surprised to see the state of screen 5. Not sure if all are the same or if this one was particularly bad. The seats were run down. They don't even recline. The screen size was average and the sound was basic too. I understand that I didn't go for an IMAX with surround sound but come on. In the USA All cinemas are amazing. I regret not going for other options. But seriously Odeon you need to up your game if you want people to come back.
