Had to complain to staff who hopefully put co plaint through o management because in cinema 2 the air con is not working. Had to ask for a refund half way through and leave the cinema. It’s an ongoing issue. BUT where odeon are at fault, they have not resolved the issue or warn the customers.

Went to see Book Club 2 here, movie at 3pm, we had to ask the manager to higher the volume as we couldn't hear the actors speaking although the background music was loud enough. Only one cubicle working in ladies loo, no handdryer or paper towels to dry hands
