Great experience, I'm a bit late to the party as this is my 1st time in reclining chairs in a cinema, the manager Mariam was exceptional as I got there late to meet my daughter but she still let me in understanding the circumstances (as my daughter was by herself), then was extremely courteous after the film.

I looooove it! Other Odeons are not great (been to other 2, including the other one in Leicester Square), but this one is great!!! Ruined Vue and CineWorld and the lot for me... 😅😅
