5 Stars due to the circumstance - bought tickets for the wrong theater (two theaters with similar names) and the manager (tall one) was super nice helping us to fill out paperwork to get reimbursed, which we received within a week. He helped ensure that staff filled our food order so we don't miss our movie. Excellent service and problem solving skills... thank you team

Lovely big cinema right next to Chinatown. The staff here is always very professional and friendly, and the atmosphere is more luxurious than most cinemas I’ve been to. The selection of snacks is standard but everything tastes good, and the premium seating is absolutely worth it, as it gives you more space and the seat is a recliner. I highly recommend coming here for their special screenings and premieres but also to catch a movie any other day that you might feel like it. And remember — Mondays are the cheapest.

Was looking forward to experiencing watching John Wick 4 here. Sadly very disappointing we were in screen 5 quite small only seats left were front row last 2 seats so we took them . The most uncomfortable experience seats so close to screen really hurt our necks and a vent blowing out cold air. Really not enjoyable spoke to manager his reply was I could higher the heating!!! Expected much better experience than this !!!!……..
