    Booked tickets to see the little mermaid a week in advance, I was excited to take my niece. We decided to eat there to get the full experience, I'd asked a guy who was stocking the fridge at the time if there was a menu, he said it all had to be done on the kiosk. Fine, not a problem, the meal deals on the kiosk only had fizzy drinks as an option or tango ice blast +50p (still a fizzy drink) which my niece doesn't like. I approached this member of staff again to see if they could swap it for an oasis and they just told me no! I was quite taken aback, why are there no other options? He wasn't being helpful at all! So I decided I'll let her try the ice blast, as I had no other option. She didn't like it! So then I had to pay out another £2.99 for an oasis! I couldn't be bothered with an argument. We waited for our food, gathered it together and took to our seats. Only to realise the meal deal I'd paid for which came with a drink, pizza and mozzarella sticks didn't have the mozzarella sticks! I spent over £60 and wasn't impressed with any of the customer service. They also watched us struggle to carry our food and drinks, there should be trays provided or at least they could have offered to help 🙄 odeon is over priced and the service underwhelming. I wont be coming back to this cinema again.

    Good cinema, chairs are comfy and almost fully recline. I would like them to extend a little further as my feet always hang off the end which can be a little uncomfortable (I'm 6ft 2) food just like all cinemas is very expensive though.

    Always too cold in the theatre so wear warm socks. Some staff are helpful, others appear to rush. Snacks and drinks are extortionatly priced as with most cinemas. Always clean. Still the best cinema, due to the reclining chairs.
