Cancelled the film half hour before it was to be shown… Super Mario 4th may 4pm. Rang me and told me I’d be refunded but 12 days later I have to email odeon about the refund. A reply within 24 hours telling me they’ve now requested it and will possibly take a further 7 days so 3 weeks for a refund on a show that you cancelled 30 minutes before. Shocking service… ended up at another local cinema that il just use in future.

Great and so was the film so easy to park just around the corner there's a car park and some parking outside if your disabled. Hey great news if you down load the app and join you can see films for £5.00!!! The staff will help you to do this Amazing something so good for a few quid don't wait do it before the offer ends. Had a shocking time yesterday, looking forward to seeing John Wick 4 at 19:45 (as specified on the website). Got there on time and then was told that the film started 30 mins ago (19:15), told them what the website said and they just said sorry you can see another film and wait in the screen for 30mins. So booked another film which came up as £8 for a ticket, I said that online it was £7 and £1 of that went into the online booking fee so it should have been cheaper to book in person. Got told that it was actually £5 if you get the app, after 10 mins of trying to book a ticket on the dreadful wifi, I gave up and paid full price. Staff didnt seem to bothered trying to help and instead kept chatting amonst themselves, has put me off this place! The only reason its two stars and not one is that the film wasn't too bad.
