My friend and I have the limitless ticket and come to this cinema regularly. However, the last few times the venue has reeked of sulphur and fish. Look we get a stink in the toilet but it’s travelling and I dunno how much more I can take. We watched a film tonight and it just stunk so bad that we had headaches. I’m not sure if this is an issue with the building or whether it is a lack of cleaning. But it’s really not up to standard and is very disappointing. Please can you sort the issue because we really love the cinema and now we can’t have snacks without gagging.God I wish I had covid so I didn’t have to smell it. But the staff are lovely, please clean :)

Nice cinema overall with comfortable seats, nice staff and a good range of movies. BUT the toilets are very poor, actually disgusting. They small very badly and the team are using so much air-freshener, you can smell it in reception when you're buying food. Really need a renovation.

I've visited a few times now so here's my rundown: Pros • The cinema foyer is clean and never so busy you're waiting for a long time • The screens are clearly labelled, as are the toilets so you don't get lost • Good soundproofing, I've not yet heard a neighbouring movie in during a quiet scene • Seats are usually comfy, including the Premier seats and Standard seats • Never any queues and the screens open early • Staff waiting with a bin bag at the end of the movie • You can request food that needs to cook to be delivered to your seat if the movie start time is soon Cons • Cup holders are hit and miss. It can hold a cup but then there's nowhere to put your popcorn or snacks. • Some of the screens (3 and 5) have staining/marks which is distracting during bright scenes • Horrific prices for snacks. I know this is a given due to it being a cinema, but go check the price for a basic hotdog and tell me it's not worth mentioning • A couple of visits in a row, I have seen popcorn in the seats I arrive at • Very little ambient floor lighting. I suffer from a balance deficiency and rely on visual information for movement in the dark • Urinals always seem to be blocked up and full of urine • Temperature is often really cold despite wearing layers • Speakers not as loud or bassy as competitor cinemas and not the same surround sound effect • Ticket prices are extortionate as there is no direct competition in bath • Some screens have more updated seating and some have torn old seating It's tolerable and as I live in Bath, it's convenient, especially snack shops nearby. But I would certainly look elsewhere if you live outside of Bath. It's never an awful experience but with how much you pay, it could be so much better.

The Costa outside is always closed and you can’t get hot drinks from inside the cinema. Looks pretty tatty
