This shop looks very pretty but some of the prices are bizarre. They have a capodimonte figure in their cabinet for a wait for it , an apsolute crazy price of £300 I will repeat £300 this figure is apparently £800 online .please, please stop doing this Is one of the cheapest capodimonte items you can buy on ebay you can get them for £20 like this.

Great spacious store with racks set up very nicely. Good selection of clothes and a small corner for bric-a-brac and pictures. Not too many books if this is what you're after. Changing rooms available. Staff are friendly and polite.

Manager was extremely rude, didn’t let me buy items that were clearly displayed because there was no price. Not apologetic about it. Just blunt and rude. Poor customer service. Would give 0 stars if I could. Won’t be returning

Having donated several bags of good quality new and nearly new items to this branch since it opened, I was a little stunned to receive poor customer service. Whilst donating, I saw a pair of boots I liked, they were a bit overpriced, but decided to wait and see if they would be reduced. I went in the shop a couple of weeks later to discover there was a sale in ladies shoes section. The boots had been discounted from £45 to £25 so I decided to buy them, the cashier charged my credit card £45, I told her that there had been a mistake and the correct price were labelled on both soles. She called her manager, who was hostile and insinuated that I had changed the price sticker, when I asserted that ALL the ladies shoes had sale stickers, she responded that was a mistake and there shouldn't have been a discount nor would she honor the discounted price clearly marked as £25 on the soles of both shoe. Whilst I know that the staff are volunteers, some of them stroll around the shop as if they are in a high end boutique but without customer service skills or knowledge. Due to this incident I will no longer be supporting nor donating to the charity. There are plenty of charity shops around Victoria to donate and support.
