I have donated a mixture of items to many organisations in the past year. The only organisation to bother to write an email twice now to explain the value of my donations in monetary terms but far more importantly a very specific description of exactly who and how my contribution has helped. Very, very, impressive. So of course, from now on Octavia will be my number one charity of choice for donations. Plus, they always take everything with gracious enthusiasm! So refreshing. Thank you to all the volunteers!

I went in this shop to have a look and found something I wanted to buy. I then asked The lady who was running the shop at the time if I could buy the item. She picked the item up and said I am sorry this is in the wrong shop then moved the item into the back of the shop. I went there 2 weeks later to see if I could find the same thing. This time there was another lady there. I asked her if that item was still here and I explained to her what happened two weeks before. She explained to me that when some items are on the shelf for t weeks they lower the price and send it to on of their other shops. But this would not make sense to me as I was willing to pay the listed price. This lady seemed to be much more approachable and I did not feel like she was trying to get me out of the shop as the last was. But because of the service I received first time I will not rare this place as good.
