At London borough of Hillingdon civic centre in Uxbridge. I believe the security are employed by Octaga. One security supervisor in particular is called Pasquale, I can not express enough how much recognition needs to be shared. Pasquale takes his role very seriously in the correct professional manor. Pasquale is always willing to offer help and support should there be a concern. I have observed Pasquale to work closely with all of the services within Hillingdon local authority and I can honestly say, he delivers such high customer service not only with the staff but also with the general public. Should there be a concern regarding safety then Pasquale is quick to act. Not only is Pasquale a highly valued member but he also is very polite, professional and friendly. I have also observed Pasquale within challenging situations where a member of the public was demanding, making threats against Hillingdon staff and verbally abusive. Pasquale was able to calm the person down and deescalate the situation quickly. Having Pasquale apart of the security team in Hillingdon civic centre is truly comforting. Octaga should feel proud to have an employee like Pasquale.

The most disgusting company I ever worked with. For starters when I was offered the job the director was so rude to me. The manager is a complete bully. Gave me hardly any training & tells me off for stuff which I’m not aware of. Nobody should have to go to work to experience such treatment. All in all I would avoid working with this company.

Think reviews are fake as iv had a horrible experience dealing with these people. Never sent confirmation email for interview. Blamed me for not turning up despite calling 4 times for the address. Was told they would send it. Absolutely foul and rude ladies in the office, the obviously hate thier job and its innocent people have to pay for all thier problems they bring into work... Who in thier right mind would put up and want to work for these foul people. I would say go for a better company for security needs and vacancies.
