This is a lovely place you camp in a small area. Access is via a powered gate so you get a fob to open it during your stay. The facilities are acceptable, not first class but they are kept clean. There are two things to remember. It is a working farm. Ie is close to the busy A31 so expect traffic noise. We will camp here again as it is the kind of quiet campsite we like.

Have just returned from 3 nights stay at this absolute gem of a working farm campsite. Jen and Jack are lovely and the facilities were just what my friend and I (two ladies of a certain age) needed to set up our little tents and explore the gravel cycling tracks of the New Forest. As has been previously mentioned, there is a beautiful walk through the woods to the local pub at Minstead plus a plentiful supply of logs to enjoy an evening campfire.

We found this place completely by accident as we were turned away from the original site we had booked on due to our transit conversion not ‘fitting in’ with their requirements. Initially we were told there were no spaces but then they called me back to say they could accommodate us and we are so glad they did as this site is fantastic if your looking for somewhere small and cosy. It’s on a working farm but the camping area itself is set amongst the trees so plenty of shade if you want it. The facilities are basic but spotlessly clean and everything we needed. There are lovely walks not only through the surrounding park area but also within the farms private woodland although we didn’t venture too far as it was so relaxing just staying at the site. We did however have the pleasure of spotting a whole herd of deer and their young which was just amazing. The best thing was that our two little dogs could roam freely within the field and had the best time. All in all we’re so glad the other site turned us away as we loved it so much here and will definitely be back. Also I should say that the owners are lovely and so welcoming……thank you so much.

Lovely little campsite inside a working farm surrounded by woodland, relatively small (bonus). The showers and toilets were clean and perfectly adequate and the hosts are absolutes lovely. Great walk from the back of the campsite through the forest into the local village to the pub and good fire pit and unlimited supply of wood which you can buy.

We have just got back from a delightful stay at Ocknell Park farm. It's on a lovely farm right in the heart of the New Forest. The site itself is small but perfect, surrounded by woodland. We were allocated our own bathroom, in a converted shipping container. The owners, Jack and Jen, are so friendly and accommodating, nothing is too much trouble. I highly recommend this place and can't wait to go back.
