Went for the 2-3 person outdoor option. Order process was excellent. There are more than a few choices and things to dial in, and it was very helpful to have the team at Oceanic so responsive and thorough when explaining everything. Delivery was efficient, all materials professionally and carefully packed. Overall I am more than satisfied with the sauna. High quality at a great price. I hesitate to say 'affordable' because that may lead one to think the product is 'cheap' which is certainly is not. Just a phenomenal price point for what you are getting. Couldn't recommend an Oceanic Sauna more to anyone interested, and have been doing so already. I think my buddy is now planning on getting one...!

Absolutely awful to put together, we're currently 5 hours into the build and cannot get any of it straight, the fittings for the door handle have now broken. Extremely frustrated and disappointed with this. We've now discovered a second instruction manual for this particular model which means the whole thing will have to be taken apart and rebuilt. Why would you include 2 instruction manuals? Horrendous experience and a total waste of time.

Excellent product and customer service. I purchased a 6 seater steam room from this company with a 6KW steamer. It came with a comprehensive instruction booklet and there are also videos and diagrams on there website to download. I bought the Bluetooth speaker system which sit under the seats and the sound is excellent. The hydrotherapy lights are great and can change colour also if you want them too. The aroma pump system works perfectly and I can change the scent when desired. The whole process was quick and efficient and I’m so happy with the way the steam works. It makes me feel invigorated! I had a problem with the shower valve and temperature sensor and the company replaced these immediately without fuss. I installed a water softener which will help to lower water hardness and increase the life of the steamer. I am now enjoying steam and music with lighting depending on my mood. Thanks Oceanic! I would definitely recommend this company

I can truthfully say installing a sauna and steamroom (together) has transformed our lives, and for the better! Not only do we feel well, look better and tend to be more relaxed, but we actually look forward to our new routine and it has become a way of lfe. We installed a sauna and steamroom during our recent house alterations and the builder and joiner built the cabins from the plans supplied by Oceanic. These were comprehensive and although we made some smallmodifications, they were easily followed.We have a reliable product with the exception of the mini steam generator which required a small part replacing . The after-sales was easy and pleasant and the part replaced cheerfully done without any silliness. I can recommend Oceanic for several reasons, not the least being a willingness to help , especially when we were doing the installation ourselves (with the builder, who had not done one before!). They have a helpful staff , cheery and pleasant and thery rrturn emails and telephone calls too! A good purchase and one which has enhnced our lives and house-value!
