The session that these guys run outside over South Fistral beach is absolutely brilliant. In short, the organiser is fantastic, super helpful, and the session itsself is really well run. I had never done Yoga before, I saw these guys doing it from the apartment I was staying at. It looked so good it really spurred me on to give it ago. It's not on everyday, as it's weather permitting, so I nearly missed it. The guy running it was super nice, and really helped me get to a session. The session it's self has an amazing view, and the sounds of the sea make it extra special. That said, it's actually quite a hard session, but you can also take it at your own place. After getting battered in the sea from a few days surfing it really helped to relax my body. Would recommend A++++

Whenever I visit friends in Cornwall I book a class with Oceanflow Yoga. Today's Energise session with Jen was beautiful but also pushed me nicely. Well led, good instruction, and I enjoyed the harmonium led Aum's. If I was a local I would be a regular to this friendly and very well run studio. 🙏
