She is an excellent knowledgeable teacher and is constantly checking that we are able to do the exercises without pain. Amanda has been teaching me for several years, more recently in her studio at home. I echo previous comments -.she is an excellent teacher with a genuine desire to make a difference. Having one to one sessions with her not only has the benefit of having the hour tailored to your needs, but also gives use of the reformer, a piece of equipment, which, when used under her professional direction increases the benefit of the movements. I love it!
