It’s a disgrace ¾ of machines are Out of Order and signs suggest you can pay by phoning but you cannot, neither can you pay online.

It's a car park and this car park is pay and display so you have to know how long you are going to be when you pay at the machine and keep an eye on the time so you don't get a fine!
