Excellent dive shop. High quality equipment and regulator service is good too, albeit can take long before summer. There’s also a camera equipment shop where the photo pro gives good tips. They also sell sailing equipment, bags and clothing. I’ve been coming here for 20 years and always leave happy. Staff knowledgeable and friendly.

Good store but largest wetsuits are XL so if you need next size up, they wont even attempt to order one in, infact the staff member suggested i tried their competitor 'Mike's London Dive Shop'. I wont bother again with this store.

Terrible customer service, disrespectful email etiquette, poor responses to emails that is if you do receive one in the first place. Personally the management should look at their staff training and address the above. You have lost a potential customer spending a decent amount on kit and will pass this feeling onto others looking for advice and info.
