Lovely ambiance, scallops & steak cooked really well. Ordered surf & turf with a whole lobster because its a special dinner. Menu with half a lobster is £55 so add £25 to get a whole lobster. Something happened with half of the lobster so they replaced it with a prawn instead without asking me 1st if I would like that so this for me is not a good customer service. Don't just assume that customers are ok with replacing something if its not available. I could have just returned the prawn but its already been cooked and on my plate so I thought it's a waste if I return the prawn. Pls next time check with your customers coz you can't uncook something!

I arrived to the restaurant with my friends and husband and was very disappointed with the food and the the customer service. We ordered a fritto misto for starters which wasn’t really great but quite basic. We ordered surf and turf and they didn’t have lobster which was fine and they offered an alternative which was some kind of prawn. I ordered well done, my husband ordered medium well which was hard, dry and tasteless. We told the manager but he continued to lecture us about what we should’ve ordered rather than actually changing the meal. My husband explained that he was unhappy but the manager kept saying he should’ve ordered medium rare and proceeded to tell us this when we were leaving. I explained that I was displeased with the customer service and he said he would remove the service charge as a good gesture ? Which isn’t really mandatory to pay anyways. Overall the food wasn’t that great. The Parmesan fries had hardly and Parmesan and was super dry. Wouldn’t recommend coming here

In Uber on way home but had to leave my review straight away, service was outstanding, food was amazing and just a really beautiful place to spend the evening, will be definitely eating here again. The fillet Wagu was amazing.
