We purchased a car off this company in August 2019 with a warranty for supposedly 15 months. The company only put the warranty on for 12 months to save themselves money. Despite contacting the company last August to rectify the problem they did nothing. Today the car is in our garage having alternator fixed which we should be covered for under the policy however we aren't covered as the policy expired in August as Ocean Cars failed to extend it till Nov 20. In contacting Ocean Cars today their manner was nothing short of disgusting. I had the phone put down on me three times and the person answering the call was very off hand. Don't be fooled by their initial niceness as this is not genuine. After they have had your money you will be treated like dirt. My advice is stay clear and don't touch this company with a barge pole. They are con merchants.

Terrible customer service do not answer their calls number is disconnected, I drove past there premises several times always closed states opened 7 days a week Avoid this place will be a waste of a journey and time I have contacted them directly by email but had no response and there meant too be a dealership 🙁

Bought a 595 Turismo in Sept 2019 Had steering problem, turned out that wishbones and crossmembers had been crossthreaded... Impossible to see before purchase & too dangerous to drive. Abarth garage quoted for repairs. Hopefully Ocean will sort this out for me! Watch this space!
