First thing is finding somewhere to park. This is the main foot clinic for all of Oxfordshire plus other counties. There are just two disabled parking places for the whole department and they can often be blocked by builders vehicles or patient transport. When you do find a parking place and go in you then face about a two hour wait to see someone. I know that it is a busy department and I appreciate the staff do their best but management and the NHS need to do something about this and realise patients don't need or want the stress.
