Absolutely amazing service. Laura went above and beyond. I had a really small window to pick up a balloon for our company’s 4th birthday celebrations and even though the shop was closed that day, Laura gave me her mobile number so I could arrange for it to be picked up from the shop next door. Couldn’t recommend more highly!

Laura and her service is just fantastic! When I said I couldn't walk to the shop due to a sprained ankle, Laura agreed to drop it by as we live locally. Can’t recommend enough this place. Laura is a star and really passionate about her work. She is very enthusiastic and creative and offers wonderful customer service. I had a last minute birthday party to plan with a dinosaur theme and she put it all together very quickly. Had tables and chairs delivered and a balloon arch set up. We received many compliments. I had been to other party shops before but nothing matches Laura’s positivity! 5 star for me!
