Don’t hold their end of the bargain! Got this £100 voucher at a wedding fayre and was really looking forward to using it. I even called up to check that there were no strings attached to use it and they said I could just come in and use it on whatever. As soon as I tell them I was planning to use it, I’m suddenly not allowed to use it unless I buy my dress through them. Nowhere on this voucher, or from the staff does it say I have to use it on anything. False advertising.

Elena is the fairy god mother every bride needs! I bought a wedding dress from a well-known online retailer's bridal collection so it was not tailored to fit my body, which is why I went looking for a seamstress. Any bride-to-be will know the stress of handing over your beloved dress to be altered but I cannot recommend Occasions of West Street enough. The dress needed re-sizing and Elena altered it perfectly for my body. Trying it on for the first time after the alterations were done made me feel how I only imagined trying on my wedding dress. Bree is also very sweet, friendly and helpful and helped me to have an all-round great experience.
