Asked Occasions to make a 60th Birthday cake for my sister. I used pictures on their website as a guide to designing a cake with an icing caricature of my sister and her cat. Went to collect cake, unbelievably beautiful and professional, except, my sister, whose 'trademark' is her blond hair, had GREY hair!! I had provided them with an 'average' quality phone photo of her, but I realised it was over exposed and the shade of hair was EXACTLY the same as the photo I had provided, so the ' fault ' was my own entirely. BUT, they said if I could come back in a couple of hours, they would re- do her hair blond for me ( at no extra cost for their time and my mistake) I am so grateful to them. The cake had more photos taken of it than people at the party! And... it was absolutely delicious, lemon one later and carrot on top. Thank you so much for your trouble and service.

Recently had a cake made by this company and could not be happier. The cake was absolutely delicious (lemon flavour) and was so moist. The married couple who own the company made me feel like they’d known me forever. They were so helpful and called to confirm both my order and what I wanted, on different occasions to ensure they would get it right. I have seen someone give 1 star recently and it just does not reflect their business in the slightest and is detrimental to their hard work. This is reflected in the other reviews.

So disappointed, I ordered a 66 cake in fruit and sponge months ago over the phone. I went into the shop a week later to confirm booking they wrote down the order. I asked if I should pay now and was told no just pay when you pick up. I was expecting to pick the cake up today to be told I have tried to call you as we have no details for the cake and no deposit. I explained that he wrote the details down and told me to pay on collection I have no message and at this point the man I support with a learning disability has no birthday cake. At no point was there an apology or offer of any assistance. The way he spoke to me was appalling . I will never use again or recommend
