Very happy with service we received, from lovely reception staff who made us a coffee while courtesy car was being valeted to men who repaired and did a fantastic job repairing my car. Was kept in touch and car even delivered back home to me when work was completed. Very satisfied customer, thankyou.

WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF IT LET YOU!!!!!!! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!! These have had my car on and off, since October 2022 and every time something different comes back broken, it went in Originally for a rear end bang.had to go back as the roof was leaking, they then had I an additional 2 months, I was promised communication yet had none, was blatantly ignores by both body shop controller then the actual manager of the branch. They then brought it back and said they "thought" batteries were dead in my keys. It has now been diagnosed as the receiver for the keys which is situated funnily enough in the roof and will now cost me an additional £250. Still no response from any of them. the whole ordeal had just been ridiculous, absolutely incompetent. Ignorant and downright rubbish. THE WHOLE COMPANY ONE CALL CLAIMS ABSOLUTE JOKE!!!!!

Shocking customer service. I Tried to call them today to find out when my car was going to be delivered and worked my way up the que eventually got to position 1 after One and half hours and then they terminated the call. Tried to send an email but that wasn't possible either. They are owned by One Call Insurance, avoid at all costs as they are even worse!!

Terrible answer service on phones, need to have car returned repaired and cant even get through to arrange delivery..wholly frustrating, i dont think they think anybody else has a job and they can sit on the phone all day. passed from pillar to post.
