I have had the most amazing customer service this last week with Adam Roberts. My computer would not allow me to log on and although Dell computers (which I have premium warranty with) were unable to fix the problem, Adam asked me to bring the computer to him and he kept it at his shop for a day or two and sorted it out. I was over the moon. The stress factor behind technology is incredible and Adam re-assured me that he would do his utmost to ensure that none of my documents would be lost. I picked up the computer today to find out that nothing had been deleted and Adam kindly went above and beyond customer service and installed a computer back up system File Fort and also set up idrive for me so my documents etc will always be safe. I can't thank Adam enough and would 100% recommend him to anyone who is having PC issues
