We have purchased all our ground level flooring ( Caledonian wyvis smoked oak Engineered wood ) from Martin at Oates flooring . Martin was very helpful when we wanted to know the best ways forward for cleaning and maintaining. The flooring was delivered on time when we were in a tight schedule for the kitchen re-fit. I would highly recommend Oates flooring not just for the purchase of a great product but for the after care as well.
