I wouldn’t be where I am now if it wasn’t for them. Great prices to the trade and to be honest unbeatable. I deal with many wholesale companys and this is definitely the most helpful by far.     Buyers Be Warned! It’s important that anyone looking to purchase any equipment from this company know that if you do and something goes wrong with it and it’s faulty, they will NOT replace it for you… Yes this is against the ‘Consumer Rights Act’ but they don’t care about that or you, once they have your money its tough! I even emailed the Directors Marianne Tarbuck & Stephen Pattullo but no response, just not interested. I spent thousands with this company via my Pond Guy and have several of their OASE pumps. One of which stopped working only after 2 weeks. They refused to replace it and had me jumping through loads of hoops to see if they could get it working despite me telling them, we had tried everything but no they wouldn’t listen. The main manufacturer also got involved and refused to replace it also. Again even through it was faulty and brand new. They just would not exchange it. Be very careful with these guys and OASE the main manufacture as they have no idea what customer service is at all. Shame we didn’t use PayPal as they would have made them replace it. Lesson learned there. Terrible service and very short sighted company considering the amount of money we spent. Nearly 10k but still wouldn’t replace the faulty pump. They made up stories that it was something inside the pump that wasn’t working then said that wasn’t covered, then changed their mind and said it was sand in the pump, just a load of nonsense. I had no filter on my brand new pond for 4 weeks, which left my pond in a terrible state after spending thousands on it. They just didn’t care at all…. This equipment isn’t cheap so if you don’t want to get stitched right up, choose a different company and manufacture or buy via PayPal. This is a 100% genuine review and I think people should know the type of business they are dealing with. Think twice here people. !! Or just stay well clear!

    I was working in Crawley this week installing a large Water sculpture, we were one or two fittings short as well as some pipe, I googled pond wholesale supplies and came across oasis. OMG What a place! I have never seen such a comprehensive range of ponds accessories and fittings,Steve the owner dropped everything to help Me out With all the pipes and fittings are needed. As far as wholesalers go this has got to be one of the best the most comprehensive I have ever seen they sell absolutely everything to do with ponds and Water Gardens If you are in the trade I highly recommend oasis water garden products.
