I'm not reviewing their service for picking up but for storage. I got into a motorcycle accident and my bike was picked up at 11 pm , probably getting to the storage around 11:30 pm, oasis made me pay for the full day of storage for that half hour. Not only that, i intended to pick up monday but since it was bank holiday they were closed and forced me to pay another day of storage. Plain disgusting business practices to take advantage of the customer. Will never make business with them again. And recmend no one else does Services: Car lockouts, Motorcycle towing

After breaking down at Charnock Richard Services at 4:30pm, on route to Northampton from Edinburgh area, for a course, the AA recovery to Northampton took me from Charnock to Knutsford Services where I had nearly a two hour wait, for next leg. This was now 11pm, before next driver picked me up, but could only take me to Tamworth Services, arriving at 1230, and I was told it would be Oasis that would take the third leg and they wouldn’t arrive until 2:20am, I then got a text that this would be delayed till 2:50am. 2:00am, I get a call from Jordan “I’m outside with your vehicle” - what a great feeling to be nearly an hour ahead of where I thought I’d be, and a great third leg it was, Jordan took me all the to my chosen repair centre near my Hotel, and we had a great chat all the way, the time passed in brilliantly, and I can’t thank Jordan enough for completing the journey with me. Very friendly and efficient, and if I ever get caught out in Oasis’s area again, and don’t have cover I’ll be contacting Oasis first - or if Recovery Service I have, can’t get to me, I’ll be asking them if they partner with Oasis and, if so, can they try them instead. After an epic fuel leak my Merc (+elderly mum and Labrador), Oasis got us from Litchfield back to Market Harborough. Driver took all the stress out of the situation. We nattered all the way back. Safely deposited at our local garage.

Following a 24 hour period of recovery (8 relays from Glasgow to Northampton) I finally made the last leg with Jordan from Oasis Rescue. As you can imagine I was extremely tired and annoyed by the previous service I had experienced. I'm really pleased to of had Jordan, who was extremely understanding, regarding my bad experience. His polite conversation and stories certainly made the day feel much better. I wish all the recovery drivers I had met, had his positive attitude and calming nature. A big thanks to Jordan for all his help.

As a partner agency to the AA, zero communication regarding expected arrival time of recovery vehicle. Had to chase Myself. Sat in hard shoulder Of M42 for nearly 3 hrs from the point at which the AA passed the job to them. Nearly 5 hrs in total to be recovered.
