Very poor. Driver came to recover my vehicle to our repair centre at 0930, it's now 1230 and he is now coming to drop my keys back as they cannot move my vehicle. Not because of my vehicle, but the recovery vehicle flat bed doesn't work. What a waste of time.

Very rude and disrespectful company came out to my 72 year old mother in law and told her they could not fix her car and they would only tow to garage and then left her in the town at 11pm to make her own way home and to top it of they had damaged the car by the next morning when they dropped it of at the garage and have refused to accept responsibility even after proof of the car not being damaged before hand and have both cctv and dash cam footage I think that this company should be removed from the AA contract list and not given any work I will not be renewing my AA has they were just has unhelpful

Recovery driver rude on the phone. Rude in person when I first greeted him he put up his hand to stop me talking. He stayed on his phone for easily 10 minutes and blew me out. We have video of his rudeness to me and my wife. We refused his services when he asked me to sign a disclaimer for damage on my prestine Motorcycle.
