  July2022 update. Sorry to change my review as I’ve had two hot tub covers go mouldy in 18 months and poor response from Oasis (basically inferring I’ve caused the problem, yet the non-vita temporary cover they sent has not had the same problem. They even sent someone to check my water and tub condition, which was confirmed to be spot on yet they still refuse to accept there is a fault with the cover). It’s been almost 7 weeks since I reported the 2nd fault and I’m still waiting for confirmation they will replace the cover. Very disappointed in the service. Nov 2020 Fab hot tub and excellent customer service right from our initial query through to purchase, installation and aftercare. Thanks Coral and Dan!

  After a lot of research we decided the hot tub for us was the Vita Spa Prestige from Oasis Hot Tubs in Kent. In June 2021 we visited their showroom, where we received a very warm welcome from Sam and discussed our purchase requirements. We placed our order, unfortunately a long lead time for delivery but we felt it was worth the wait for the tub we wanted. We were delighted to be notified well within the initial lead time quoted that our tub was available for delivery, installation took place in December 2021. After a couple of weeks the tub developed a minor fault with the screen, which was dealt with quickly and efficiently under warranty by Sam, Coral and Dan. We are absolutely delighted with our hot tub and highly recommend Oasis for their range of hot tubs but also for their friendly, professional and efficient service. Thank you Sam, Coral & Dan

  THREE MONTHS IN AND BEST DECISION WE EVER MADE. When our inflatable spa went wrong we decided to purchase a hard shell one, looked at lots on the internet, visited various suppliers but could not find one we liked. We found we had local supplier in Eastry, Oasis Hot Tubs. We called and made a visit and spoke to Coral who was very pleasant and knowledgeable, we were shown various models in their showroom, we did not make a decision on the day, we went away and thought about it, but a couple of days later my husband called and told her we would like to order one, we had to wait about 3 months but that is the norm these days, Coral kept us up to date on delivery, she also recommended the crane company. The day of arrival come, the crane arrived, then the hot tub, we had butterflies when we were watching the tub being craned in over the wall and being placed in position by very professional people, everything was perfection even the weather stayed good for us considering it was a day in October. We purchased the Sumatra 13 amp hot tub. Dan explained about the chemicals and showed us what to do and how to do it, he answered all our questions and there was a lot of them. We were so excited when he left, just couldn't wait to use it. We did have a few queries afterwards, but every thing was dealt with efficiently. We cannot fault Oasis Hot Tubs with their friendliness and professionalism, we would definitely recommend them, if we ever decide to get an even bigger one we will return to them.   We had been wanting a hot tub for a while and decided this year was the time to do it. Having approached a number of companies Oasis were the first to offer us a covid safe appointment at their showroom and we found them so friendly and helpful that we purchased straight away. We chose the Sumatra, which was on display in the showroom, and were informed there would be a 3 month waiting time. This timeframe worked well for us as we needed electricity and a based to be fitted. Oasis suggested PAH Hollingworth, located next door, and we took up this offer. In May (1 month earlier than expected) we received a call to say our hot tub could be delivered the following week. We still had not had the base or electricity completed at this time so we were amazed when PAH Hollingworth and Oasis were able to coordinate and get all work completed so the tub could be delivered on Thursday 27th May. Installation went smoothly, Dan was friendly and helpful, answering our many questions and was very thorough in explaining the features of the Sumatra and the maintenance requirements. Having now had our hot tub 3 months we have just recently completed our first drain, clean and refill. All went very smooth with the help of the pump we purchased. And the tub was soon up and running. With out a doubt this was a great purchase and we make good use of it. Purchasing from Oasis was a great decision. They are able to provide supplies and continue to provide support and answer questions when we need assistance. Would highly recommend.

  Absolutely love love love new our hot tub! Delivered and installed late June and we haven’t stopped using it since, it’s exceeded our dreams, my best decision ever, talked the hubby round and he’s glad I did, took him reluctantly to the showroom and managed to get him to put a deposit down, coral made us feel very special and kept us in the loop all the way, the installation was a lovely experience as Dan was excellent, patiently explaining how it worked and what chemicals to add when, he even came back after work to fit the lid lifting arm for us which we ordered after installation, the after sales service has been great too! Highly recommend getting a Hot Tub and buying it from Oasis 💯%

  Thank you for your reply, I will return again to see if there is any improvement... However the female persons attitude had no smile behind the mask, maybe she imagined I had no potential, never judge a book by its cover. As we know 70% of understanding is via body language, then verbal reception, her body language and verbal reception was poor, if her learning of attitude and courtesy could be as assertive and responsive as your email and courtesy she may enhance your profits but I doubt this, some people aren't made for customer service.
