The pool itself is fine, it’s just a pool with two basic flumes. There’s no where to buy drinks or snacks even though there a large cafe area.

Very disappointed as half of the attractions are either broken and not been repaired in over 2 yrs or just not open due to lack of staff. The staff issue seems to be ongoing as the last time I went it was the same!

Rubbish, only the kiddy pool open and still paid full price. No mention of that before tickets were bought. Would not recommend

Ok so i could just about be ok with the fact that the building has broken windows (right above the baby pool with obvious loose glass visable) the cafe no longer exsists and the and that the slides and all features wernt available but the filthy sand/grit filled pools were vile, walls, celing and floors moldy and gammy looking. There was no hot water for a shower and even the hair dryers were switched off. Shoulda swam in bedford river instead would have been cleaner

Filthy, cold showers, the floor is absolutely disgusting, no reason to why its not cleaned. Sweet wrapper in the pool. Filth on the floor of the swimming pool. Gross

Many aspects were not working. According to staff, some of it hasn't worked for over a year! However, having said that, there are two flumes and a wave machine. There is also a "beach" area suitable for babies, toddlers and young children.
