The trainers are great. However, key skills such as communication, team work and organisation within management and general staff in the apprenticeship programme need urgently improved as this has unfortunately created detrimental impacts on the apprentices. A previous review mentioned the extreme hassle caused when completing their course, and with myself and many other peers in the same situation, can strongly agree that this is a very common experience. I also do not recommend this training centre, which is a shame; as the facility and physical resources are fantastic.
