Very friendly club with good facilities and great place to start learning how to play. Very good tennis coaching that is also very affordable. Wish I known about this club years ago, as I thought David Lloyd was the only option to learn tennis, but they are way too expensive.

Been a member for 5 years and having been a member at many different clubs over my 50 years Oakwood is one of the best things i have ever done for my family. I started at Rusty raquets on a Tuesday night with Neil Richard and Nelson before getting the bug abd joining. Now my wife and girls lily and Jessica both play here and its friendly and fun. They now have a proper club house and tennis shop at decent rates. Neil Biddle (Head tennis coach) is tennis nuts and an absolute mountain of knowledge that will ooen your eyes to the tennis journey ahead of you. Its a technical sport but him and his team can teach you. Love everything and everyone down there 👍👍🎾

Great sessions for all ages/level of player - each session is different and come away having learned something new. The coached sessjons are a highlight of my week. Courts are quiet during the day too - easy to get a game in. Great value, highly recommended!
