I really like this company. I haven't had any dealings with them yet, and I am sadly too far south for them to build me a garden room, but the build kit option is really appealing to me especially since its supported by the brilliant YouTube videos. I've work in building on and off myself so I know what decent looks like and from what I am seeing on the channel it is the proper job from a skilled group of craftspeople led by Liam. Its the little details that make a huge difference and its apparent all the way through from the threaded rods to the roof! I can't understand the 1 star reviews here.. people need to get a life and wise up to how the world works; it doesn't revolve around cretins that leave 1 star reviews.

Got in touch for a quote and the response was phenomenal the team really do care for the customer experience. Very professional response and the quote was catered and broken down. The options were all there and very well presented. Even though we are not going ahead i just wanted to leave this review and say thank you. You can see by the youtube channel that these guys care the level of passion and workmanship is amazing. Maybe after i save a few more pennies i can proceed and order

Just wanted to leave a review for the absolutely poor experience I had with Oakwood Garden Rooms. Writing this review as feedback, and I hope they take positively after some thought. After watching Liam amazing videos over the last 6 months I secured the funding and pressed the button to contact Oakwood Garden Rooms. My excitement to get the ball rolling led to disappointment. I did get a quote after 2 days which is absolutely fine by Siobhan. However, it was radio silence after this point until I called numerous times and sent a message to speak to Liam. There was alarm bells because Siobhan mailbox is full. Wanted to arrange a site visit and proceed because was happy with the quote even though pricey I thought the team would do a great job. Unfortunately, after just under 2 weeks trying to speak to someone, Siobhan just sends a mail stating I am outside their area, even though the website and video states national. I am only 65 miles away from Leeds. I am writing this because Siobhan said she would call me back and didn't, coming back to me after wasting 2 weeks of my time nearly to state sorry we don't cover your area is extremely disappointing. Appreciate the business may be busy, but please be honest and respond in a timely way. If don't want the business, why would you send me a quote when I stated where I live. Sure others have experienced same issue can see same on other reviews. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. This this business like to do jobs more based in Yorkshire, just have to be honest on the videos and website. I write this message as feedback to improve.

The people leaving one star reviews must be total nob-ends . I do not know the man behind this company but have been following his YouTube channel where he shows nothing but pure and down to earth craftsmanship. I am looking into a self build and Liam is totally transparent with his work offering fantastic advice to one and all . If he gains work from this good luck to him and his crew …to the nob-ends ….grow up and get a life
