I was introduced to Br Shahzad as a supplier and fitter of high end kitchens. Lovely brother who was very patient and provided genuine and sincere advice on what suited me best. Never, did it feel like I was dealing with a salesman anxious to get hold of my money! Sister Rahila took over after the kitchen design had been agreed and was equally amazing. She meticulously guided us in the purchase of appliances. She showed the patience of a saint given we needed a lot of chopping and changing having been let down by our builder. Once we got to fitting of the kitchen we realised our island didn’t work as a floor drain would be visible after changes made by builder. Amazingly she helped re-jigg configuration of the island to extend it to cover the drain whilst maintaining its visual appeal. I really don’t believe anyone else would have been so accommodating and in any event would have used the opportunity to charge me an arm and a leg to resolve the matter. But no sister Rahila was focussed on providing the best solution. Overall, brother Shahzad and sister Rahila are amazing people and great human beings who provide an outstanding service. You can put your complete trust in them to deliver your dream kitchen. You will struggle to find such sincere people who take so much pride in the product and service that they deliver. Finally, I should add that whilst Their showroom may appear like a corner shop compared to the big kitchen suppliers believe me they can deliver bigger and better than anyone else out there and at a very good price. `This is the second kitchen (different house) that we have had installed by Oaktree and we are so happy with the finished product. Whilst I had an idea of what I wanted the kitchen to look like, Rahilla understood our requirements and was able to make suggestions and had ideas that we hadn't thought of. Her patience and understanding ensured that the process was totally painless and our expectations were managed throughout. Waiting time for the kitchen to be fitted was spot on with her estimate and the price, we thought, was very reasonable. We opted for a shake style kitchen with the quartz work surface giving it a modern look. Would thoroughly recommend Oaktree for your new kitchen and we would like to sincerely thank Shaz, Rahilla and their team for all their hard work. We had a few problems along the way - as you do with any new build - but they were quickly dealt with by Rahilla in the office who was always there to answer queries and deal with any issues that I came across. We really appreciated their efficient and constant communication throughout the whole project and I am now looking forward to enjoying my new kitchen.

We have had a complete new kitchen all done by Oaktree. Firstly a big thank you to Rahilla she’s helpful, understanding and patient. She lets you give her your ideas, then makes it happen we have not had to leave anything out American fridge freezer, dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, etc and we have more cupboard space than we had before. There were a few hiccups along the way but because Rahilla stay’s with you from beginning to end things got sorted in a timely fashion. I would recommend this company and use them again. The owner was very helpful and professional and showed me exactly what would look good as I wasn't sure what i wanted. The final design looks so modern and classy. For my kitchen refit I went with Oak Tree Kitchens. Shazad and the team are great people to work with, polite and friendly. They helped finalise the designs and we were happy with the result. Delivery arrived as promised and Nafees the fitter got straight to work. The colour of the kitchen is exactly what we wanted and the units are of top quality.
