Greeted by Nikki and quickly showed us the table, thank you. It is the end of good service. It was 8:30pm and the restaurant is only 20% full. 15 minutes passed and no one taking our order. Had to wave my hand to attract attention. Food is good. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. No one came and cleared our plates after the main course. Asked for the dessert menu, the waiter deliberately thrown the other menus onto the serving table because he couldn't find the dessert menu. By then I knew we are not welcome so called for the bill. Something went wrong with their card machine and was asked to pay at the bar. When I reached the bar area, 2 staffs in uniforms are sitting down at table drinking and one at the till just didn't know what to do. Is it Harvester policy with staff drinking at the job and ignoring their customers when they simply wanted to pay the bill. When I asked how long do I have to stand, she just murmured an issue with till closed by mistake, it's not even 10pm. Never again will I come to such an unprofessional establishment again.

Family get together of 37 today at Oakmere every meal served hot and every one ate together I really do not know how they did it so well . Bar service was very quick and Taylor our server was brilliant 👏 . Parking: There are plenty of parking spaces .Remember to put your car registration on pad just by booking in desk .

Gosh, I haven't had harvester for so long! This restraunt is so good, the food tastes the exact same, even the salad bar tastes like the fresh, delicious way! The service is not bad. Highly recommend!
