I was on the lookout for a new car when I seen a nice example at Oak Lodge, after immediately calling to see if it was available, I was first met by Pete who spoke passionately about the car and what they do as a business, he really knew his stuff so I knew I had to go view the car in person at the very least just based on my conversations with Pete and Kully. They arranged a time/date that was convenient for me for a personal viewing, this is a game changer, it meant I had their full attention and I could take time and go over the car and test drive it. These guys are no nonsense and get straight to the point which I appreciate as it made the whole sale process, effortless. We agreed on a deal, the car was paid for and Kully even agreed to pick me up from the closest train station (Wolverhampton) so I could come and collect my new car and drive it home. Honestly, with the world full of generic car salesmen who just want to hit KPI's and turn around cars quickly, Oak Lodge Cars is a breath of fresh air, they treated me like family, put no pressure on me to buy anything and went above and beyond when it comes to customer service, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy their new(used) car!

Made enquiries in to a red Audi TTS, was asked to provide details of my trade in. Was provided screenshots of autotraders own valuation system, which defaults on the grade of your vehicle - either way it was the lowest trade in offer of over 6 enquires I had made with other dealers. I was then advised that no further improvement to the deal could be made as the car was 'priced to sell' and should be £2500 higher in price. Some due diligence proved this to be completely false, for that price the Audi TTS for sale on autotrader were two years newer and were face-lift models - if I can get access to that info in a number of minutes quite clearly so can the dealer. When challenged regarding this matter, the seller simply didn't reply. Sorry - this is extremely poor customer service and to be quite frank, they were trying it on. Avoid.

What a fantastic experience from start to finish. No hard sell, no salesman jargon, such a refreshing customer service experience throughout the journey. After trawling through pages and pages of MINI's on Autotrader I spotted one here at Oaklodge. It was the colour I wanted, the spec I wanted, all that was missing was the Cooper stripes but, they arranged for them to be added which, has transformed the car completely. I cannot stress enough how stress-free the whole process has been. Would give 10 stars if I could! If you are looking for a car and want hassle free service, get on over to Oaklodge Cars.

It’s my first time to buy a Smart car in U.K. and therefore I have done a lot of research online. After having seen the good reviews of Oaklodge Car, I gave it a try. Kully and Pete are honest car dealers who try their best to make customers happy from the initial enquiries to after sales service. There was a issue with the handbrake and Killy immediately helped to make a booking for check and repair. I got back my car within the same day. Kully always responds quickly and sincerely wants to get your problem solved. I believe my money is well spent with this company.
