I ordered this Stihl MS231C-BE chainsaw on Sep 7, 2021 from this seller. Dec 15 I asked for my money back because they don't deliver. Fourteen weeks wasted of time. 29-01-2022 After rain comes sunshine. Luck smiles at me again. The importer has made a very good offer, a larger type of chainsaw for a greatly reduced price directly from stock and quickly delivered by Oakleys Garden Machinery. The first job is done with this Stihl MS 251 C-BE. A great machine. Thanks

We purchased a new Villager 6 buggy, we collected the machine only to find that we were unable to start it. My driver rang Oakleys to ask for some advise and assistance, however none of their suggestions worked. He phoned back again at 4.50pm however nobody at Oakleys cared to answer the phone! Now you would like to think that when you buy a new machine from a dealer and you have phoned to state there is an issue (on the day of purchase), they would try their best to assist, not just ignore you. We had to get an engineer in at our own cost to fix the new machine that never should have been sent out like that. Not only that but it looked like the machine had been sat for some time and they had tried to hide the fact by covering it in Silicone spray. To date the so called "manager" Peter has not even bothered to return my calls or respond to my email. What an absolute disgrace, customer service skills no existent.

Online purchase of a hedge trimmer that was listed (and still is)as 'in stock'. Paid extra for a fast delivery. Had an email the next day to say they couldn't do a next day delivery and would refund the delivery charge difference (ok, fair enough, thank you). its now two weeks since I made the order and still no hedge trimmer (but its still in stock on the website!) I called them and spoke to a fella that promised an email response on where we were at with the delivery, but this also didn't arrive. I emailed them back to tell them that I'm cancelling the order and today I've had a refund for the full amount thanks guys! A full refund without so much as a sorry for the inconvenience we've caused. Shambles guys. I have the patience's of a saint and give anybody the benefit of the doubt where due(we all make mistakes) but come on! you take my money for something that is clearly out of stock and now you throw it back at me for my trouble. Customer support at its best!!
