My finished floor looks amazing! The customer support team was great, as I wasn't able to visit the showroom. They sent me as many samples as I wanted, no questions asked. They weren't pushy at all to make a sale, which is important to me as I hate being pressured. I ended up going with a dark engineered oak floor which, now installed, looks absolutely fantastic and is a real statement in my home on Dartmoor. Will recommend this company to anyone. Everyone comments on my floor and I'm so proud of it, has been my favourite home renovation project so far!
