Good when buying a bike but terrible after sales. We paid for a service and they had to order some extra parts. Despite 6 phone calls and numerous messages left, they never ever called back or contacted us. It’s been 3 months now and still nothing. Good shop really let down by the person in charge of the servicing. Also after the service, the throttle didn’t work (due to work they did) and we had to wait for them to fix it before we could leave. I would recommend going elsewhere to service your bike.

Can't praise Paul and his staff highly enough. From going out of his way to send my son a video of the 50cc moped he had in stock to allowing my son the time to look around and then taking the time to chat to us and make sure that he bought the right bike for him A++ service. My son is going to be a lifelong customer and is already planning his purchase of a 125cc from here in a years time.

Pleasant friendly staff, more of an 'old school' bike dealers than the mainline dealerships of say BMW/Harley etc. More interested in matching a person to the right bike than just making a sale.

Anyone thinking about buying a bike from here should think twice . These people are thieves. I would never buy a bike from here . If you do buy bike from this place with warranty. The warranty will be for that day when you pay and if anything goes wrong with bike. They will never fix it for you even it’s says it’s with warranty. I bought Keeway rkf 125cc and bring it you to fix it lift at your place for 3 weeks nd your colleague didn’t even touch the bike . You obviously don’t know about your employees. Why would I waste time writing bad reviews if you or company didn’t do me wrong

Picked up my bike from these guys today, very happy with it, great experience with them. Special mention to Phil who helped sort everything out for me. Very professional, was especially pleased that after being told I may not be able to get the bike to the end of the week, Phil got it sorted next day for me. Top work from him couldn't of asked for any more from him.
