Twice now I the past 2 months my prescription was a week late. I have COPD, Cardiovascular Desease, Periferal Vascular Desease plus Mental Health Issues. 7 Days without meds is a joke. No wonder the NHS is going to the wall FFS🤬🤬😡 Make's me want to talk to a solicitor, incompetent or what? Wonder what would happen if someone Dies becase of this?

Maybe not getting paid enough or NOT GOOD ENOUGH TO GET PAID BETTER! Whatever the reason is WE AS THE REGISTERED PATIENTS DO NOT DESERVE TO BE TREATED THE WAY YOU TREAT US ON THE PHONE OR EVEN WHEN WE TURN UP AT THE RECEPTION !!! SPECIALLY YOU BEING A RECEPTIONIST NEED TO BE POLITE … WELCOMING.. AND RESPECTFUL TO THE PEOPLE NEED TO SEE A GP!!!!! QUIT THE JOB!!! IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY!! IT CANNOT GET ANY EASIER THAN THAT!!
