If our experience is anything to go by, Oakley Garden Buildings is a company you can trust and buy from with confidence and you will not be disappointed. Jordan and his team installed a summerhouse for us. They worked hard and left us feeling completely satisfied both with the finished building and the way they handled the job. It was a stress free experience all round which makes a change these days.

My boyfriend bought one a few months ago. The shed is ok but doors leak a little. The real issue is that we found out Oakley don't even make the buildings. They're from a Midlands company called ajsectional buildings and they sell them hundreds of pounds cheaper! If we'd known, we'd have bought direct. This company is doing nothing but buying these buildings themselves and selling them on to unsuspecting customers for a massive profit. Unbelievable! Edit - I've removed some of the harsher words from my review, as Oakley have taken the time to respond and explain. I do still have several issues. A - Just because a review is critical, it doesn't mean it's false. Having Ajay sectional come after me with an aggressive response is the height of unprofessionalism. B - You make a fair point about selling further away. However, it was our friends who recognised it as an Ajay sectional building. They bought direct three years ago and live slightly further from the manufacturers than we do. So not sure why we could not have bought direct. C - my boyfriend said you were perfectly fine to deal with and he has no issues regarding the customer service. I will add that a plus point to my review. And in response to Francesca - I'm not sure which part of my review is false, as you've confirmed Oakley do not make the buildings and do not use the same prices as you sell them for. Those were my two claims and both seem to have been confirmed. Defending an agent is fine, being defensive because you dislike a critical review is not. P.s - The doors are fine and were sealed with decorators caulk. Oakley are fine to deal with but should consider a higher level of professionalism when dealing with criticism. Being 30 mins from the supplier seems a little wrong to me but that's just my opinion and is obviously not something everyone will have an issue with. Again, shed is fine and the young man running Oakley was perfectly polite. Service: Shed delivery to installation sites
