From the moment I walked through the door, I was welcomed into a friendly and professional environment. My appointment was honoured punctually, showcasing the remarkable organisation that clearly runs deep in this practice. I was treated by a brilliant dental hygienist, who kindly took the time to explain the procedure to me in detail, ensuring I understood what to expect. Throughout the treatment, she meticulously inspected each tooth and worked with gentle efficiency, all while checking in on me regularly to ensure I was comfortable. The level of care and attention was deeply impressive, and the session was completed in a mere 30 minutes! What I also appreciated was her expert advice post-treatment. She recommended an electric toothbrush that would help prevent the recurrence of my gingivitis, demonstrating their commitment not just to treatment, but also to the prevention of future dental issues. In conclusion, my first visit to Oakley Dental Prestwich was a truly outstanding experience. Their team's professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for their patients' wellbeing set them apart. After being a nervous patient for many years I can honestly say the staff at Oakley Dental are amazing. I had my scale and polish with Cindy today and she was very calming and put me at ease. My other treatments with Adam have all been really positive too as he explains everything very clearly and nothing is too much trouble.

Superb practice. Lovely environment with a very calming atmosphere. Adam and Danny are expert dentists who put you at ease whilst providing the very best dental treatment. Sedation here is remarkable for nervous patients or, for patients like myself, have gag reflex issues. Reception staff are welcoming and friendly - and a special mention to Lauren who is so capable and friendly. I would thoroughly recommend Oakley Dental.

Firstly sorry for the delay in a review working within the ambulance service is chaotic!! I have been with Oakley dental for the past 3-4 years and have been under the care of Dr Ritu Agarwal. The past few months I had started a boutique whitening journey alongside other things that needed doing like a composite filling on my front tooth having damaged this years ago- from start to finish Dr Ritu Agarwal listened and guided me along the way giving her advice and expertise as and when needed to create the “perfect” smile keeping all of my own teeth with no bonding required she has been amazing throughout and I am so thankful to have a lovely dentist and of course Head Nurse Clare without both of these I wouldn’t have pursued boutique whitening and going ahead with treatments required! Needless to say the questions I have always asked have been answered and little niggles I had following a treatment - where dare I say I felt as though I was being “picky” I was re assured that I wasn’t and that if I wasn’t to sure the problem would be dealt with (may I add a minor issue) and given the time slot I had Dr Ritu Agarwal went above and beyond alongside Clare during that time ensuring that the issue was sorted there and then, I completely didn’t expect that. You both know exactly what this was over ☺️ I just wanted to give you both a review to say how thankful I am for the care given to me and that I can actually say I have a Dentist and Nurse I completely trust with my teeth especially working in healthcare myself! The best! Thank you so much! I’ve attached a picture of my new smile with all of my own teeth ☺️

Great experience at Oakley Dental! All the staff are friendly and kind, I avoided the dentist for 10 years because of fear. Dr Faraz and Dr Adam as well as the assistants we’re really patient and motivating with my treatments. And Thankyou to the lovely ladies on the front desk who are always smiling. 🙂
